Our prices are based solely on square footage and the type of cleaning completed for that square footage. Below you will find a basic checklist of what our cleanings entail.

STANDARD CLEAN:

• Dust furniture, ceiling fans, blinds, windowsills, light fixtures
• Cobweb removal
• Clean counter-tops, sinks, showers/tubs, toilets
• Mirrors
• Outside of major kitchen and laundry appliances
• Inside microwave
• Glass on front, back and french doors
• Vacuum/mop floors
• Remove trash and replace can liners
• Change bed sheets

We can schedule your cleanings as often as you like from weekly, biweekly or monthly. Scheduling standard cleanings keep up with the usual maintenance stuff such as floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting so that you don’t have to tackle this regularly on your own and can enjoy the simpler things.

DEEP CLEAN: All of the above, plus…

• Wash outside of cabinets
• Wash trim, baseboards, doors, windowsills
• Wash light switch plates
• Wash blinds
• Wash light fixtures
• ​Dust intake air vents

Deep cleanings may be done all at once or divided among 2-3 standard cleanings with the price divided up accordingly.
